National Plan For Vacation Day Encourages Travel In 2022

The Iowa Tourism Office joins destination marketing organizations around the country today to mark National Plan for Vacation Day (NPVD), an annual celebration that calls on people to make use of their paid time off and plan getaways.
Powered by U.S. Travel Association, NPVD encourages Americans to plan their vacation days for the entire year at the start of the year. After nearly two years of pandemic stress and fatigue, NPVD is an opportunity for Americans to look ahead to brighter days and make plans for getaways or vacations over the coming months.
