One of the best parts of my job is interacting with each of our clients prior to and after they launch our industry-leading data tools. After all, economic development is ultimately about people - and the professionals I get to meet with are some of the hardest working people I've encountered, passionate about their communities and devoted to helping them prosper. Whether we're working with a full team from one of our 30 statewide economic development organizations or a single dedicated person charged with the place marketing for their town or county, our clients are all determined to put our tools to best use. Our incredible client services team, including client services director, Jeff Suneson, client support specialist, Chris Gillis, and design director, Pau Rodriguez, may have our product setup and implementation down to a science so everything moves smoothly to launch but they never skimp on the one-on-one time required to understand client needs and objectives.
