Winn-Worth Betco has partnered with Cerro Gordo and Hancock counties and is focused on growing and developing the local workforce. One of the region’s initiatives has been working with Avance USA to bring in workers from Puerto Rico. The island has historically been economically depressed and this program gives Puerto Rican residents the opportunity to build careers in the mainland USA.
We could use your help in making this program a success.
Workforce housing is needed. If you have housing available, please call Winn-Worth Betco. This will allow us to continue expanding the program for the betterment of our local employers and communities.
