All States Ag Parts was founded in 1998 by David Dyke and his sons, Paul and John. His wife, Carol, designed the “tractor guy” that is part of the business logo. Their headquarters is located in Downing, Wis., with other locations in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri, California, Washington, and Canada.

The company took possession of the former Lake Mills Cummins Filtration building in January of 2016 and shipped their first part, March 4 of that same year. They started out in Lake Mills with 10 employees and currently employs 76. Lake Mills was the ninth location for the company.

All States Ag Parts is thriving, as a majority of their customers order parts online, especially this past year during the pandemic. On Feb. 8, 2021, All States Ag Parts shipped their millionth part. They celebrated their fifth anniversary in Lake Mills last Thursday, March 4, with a catered meal and cake.
