Description

Phase I: 8 AM - 11:30 AM

Lead Without Speaking – The Importance of Nonverbal Communication

Studies show that 55% of communication is nonverbal, yet most professionals have never been taught how to read or use it effectively. In this engaging and highly practical workshop, Erick Rheam teaches participants how to understand human dynamics, read body language, and intentionally manage their “vibe” in high-stakes conversations. Participants will learn how nonverbal communication impacts trust, influence, negotiation, and everyday workplace interactions - and how to apply these skills immediately.

Phase II: 12:30 PM - 4 PM

Rise Above Chaos and Discover Significance

The chaos of work and life often distracts us from doing meaningful, significant work. In this inspiring and actionable workshop, Erick unpacks the five core principles from his bestselling book Rise Above Chaos and shows participants how to navigate stress, conflict, and competing priorities while rediscovering purpose and clarity. This session focuses on mastering human dynamics, strengthening relationships, and building habits that lead to long-term success and fulfillment.
