Norfolk Southern Has Nine New REDI Sites
Nine Norfolk Southern Railway-served industrial development properties have been added to the Readiness Evaluation for Development and Investment (REDI) Sites program. The REDI program is administered by the Site Selectors Guild. These additions bring the total number of Norfolk Southern-served sites in the program to 12. The guild assesses factors such as infrastructure capacity, ease of development, ownership and entitlements to create a nationwide database of project-ready sites.
