Preferred Qualifications

Hold a valid teaching license with a special education endorsement.
Experience working with students with behavioral needs in elementary settings.
Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
Additional certifications or training in behavior management strategies (e.g., CPI, PBIS, or ABA) are highly desirable.
