Qualifications:

Requirements:  2-year Tech Degree preferred.  1+ years diesel equipment repair experience, preferably with CAT equipment.  Must own a mechanic tool set.  Class A CDL with airbrakes is required within 6 months of hire.  Pre-employment physical and drug-screening are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Primary Duties: Must be able to diagnose and repair equipment including Caterpillar motor graders, excavators, loaders, and dozers, John Deere mower tractors, and other heavy construction equipment.  Other responsibilities include ordering parts, metal fabrication, preventative maintenance, care of a service truck, record keeping, and snow removal.

Schedule:  Regular Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30, Summer Schedule:  Mon-Thurs 6:00-4:30 (on-call 24/7 during winter weather)
